Return Eligibility
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not happy with your natural scented candle, you may return it within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received them.
How to Return
To initiate a return, please contact us at feedback@relaxiuatelierel.world or through our contact page. Provide your order number and reason for return. We will provide you with return instructions and a return authorization number.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was damaged or incorrect. We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Refunds do not include original shipping charges.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective candle, please contact us immediately with photos of the damage. We will arrange for a replacement or full refund, including return shipping costs, at no charge to you.
Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order for the desired product.
Non-Returnable Items
Custom or personalized candles cannot be returned unless they are defective. Gift cards and promotional items are also non-returnable.
